Workshop terms

This is a starter template and should be reviewed for your business before launch. Add your booking cancellation policy, deposits, estimates, diagnostic charges, parts warranty, storage/collection terms, payment terms, vehicle risk rules and applicable consumer rights.

Repair estimates

Estimates sent through the website can be approved or declined electronically. Any scope, price or tax treatment should be confirmed by the workshop and reflected in the final invoice.

Payments and refunds

Online payments may be accepted through Stripe or PayPal when enabled. In-shop payments can also be recorded against the customer invoice. Refunds are processed against the original recorded payment where supported.
